Career Planning Assessment

The temperament analysis pin-points the strengths and weaknesses of any given individual.  It shows whether a person is task-oriented and relates better to systems and ideas, or relationship-oriented and relates better to people.

The analysis shows whether a person is fast or slow paced, prone to outbursts of anger, tough-minded and strong-willed, as well as revealing their ability to make decisions, take on responsibility, and carry them through.

The temperament analysis gives out vital information that you would not know from an interview. It is our hope that you will use this personnel analysis to benefit your company and save time and money in the selection of, or, promotion of, the right person for the right job.

The reduction of stress and anxiety from wrong placement and promotion creates a more pleasant work environment for everyone, and eliminates unnecessary termination and hard feelings

The personnel analysis is done as part of the pre-screening process. In addition, you must also consider education, experience, and your general impression from the personal interview.  The analysis results are confidential and sent directly to your place of business, by either fax or email.

Our temperament determines how we relate to people, places and things. Temperament analysis can help you determine whether an employee or applicant is suited for a vocation or occupation.

By filling out an APS response form (which is a 10 minute, 54 question assessment) we can discover a person’s temperament in three areas:

  • Inclusion, Social Orientation and Intellect (Mind)

  • Control (Will)

  • Affection (Emotions)

The APS report details an individual’s unique strengths and weaknesses.  The Personnel Analysis is strictly confidential, to be used by an employer or personnel director with guidelines for optimum placement of a prospective employee.

The results of this evaluation are sent directly to your business. It is our intent to provide you, the employer, with the information you need in order to make a wise placement decision.

This in turn, saves valuable time and money, making it possible to decrease your employee "turn over" and increase your productivity and service. Screening prospective employees is a necessity in meeting today's challenging business needs.  Accuracy of information is crucial.

In our highly advanced Technical Age, the temperament analysis proves to be extremely beneficial to both employer and prospective employees. This is a process that bodes well to find a suitable worker for a given job in order to enhance mutual career satisfaction and company success.
